The brand is monochrome, but project health needs three states readable at a glance. Health is encoded in shape first — filled disc, half disc, hollow ring — so the system survives with color switched off entirely. Color is a muted second layer, not the carrier. Flip Status color in the left rail to compare both, and decide which ships.
What are you creating?
Pick a format. Everything after this is a short brief, not a blank prompt box.
The brief
Five questions. This is what the platform turns into creative direction — the agency never writes a prompt.
Creative references
Say what you like about each reference. Five untagged JPEGs tell the system nothing — these tell it exactly what to carry across.
Creative direction
The Brand Brain, the brief, the references and Benepro's approved work, combined. The raw prompt stays underneath — this is what the agency reviews and edits.
Untick Headlines or Copy above and the direction rewrites itself. This is the control an agency actually needs — they already have the headline, they want six visual routes, and nothing else touched.
Round 1 — Creative concepts
Three creative territories, not three renders of the same idea. Shortlist one and the version tree opens underneath it.

Version tree — Concept B
Every route stays on the record. Nothing is overwritten, nothing disappears, and you can always walk back to the version the client actually liked.
Version 1 through Version 12 tells an agency owner nothing. A genealogy tells them which idea won, what was tried against it, and who to ask about the branch that got dropped.
Medicaid Enrollment Ad
B3.2 is with David at Benepro for approval. Two earlier routes stay live in the version tree, so if the client asks for the blue background back it is one click, not a rebuild.
Project activity
The interview
No prompt box, and no forty-question onboarding form. The Brain interviews the client the way a strategist would, then decides what it still doesn't understand and goes after that.
What the Brain understands
The interview does not replace the Brand Hub, it fills it. Conversation is the input, the Brand Hub is the output, and every field there traces back to the sentence it came from. It sits at the client level and runs once, so the project brief underneath stays short: the platform already knows who Benepro is by the time anyone asks for an ad.
Benepro
Nobody typed this in. It was extracted from a recorded conversation with the client, and every field below can be traced back to the sentence it came from.

This screen is the asset. A competitor can copy a generation flow in a quarter — they cannot copy four years of a client's approved claims, rejected routes and visual rules, and an agency will not rebuild that somewhere else.
Asset Library
Approved logos, photography, icons, finished campaigns and copy — the only pool generation is allowed to draw from.
